Nearly all the notes are at the beginning and end of the pamphlet of Wotton work (Wing W3657). Pages cut affecting text. Incomplete. Fishwicke discusses the question of lawful rebellion against a king. He quotes from [Robert] Douglas' Coronation sermon (preached at Scone, 1651).
